There are 2 repayment options:​

 

  1. Pay Monthly – repay your loan via fixed monthly instalments which include the principal and interest, over a set number of months (i.e. loan tenure). You can choose a loan tenure from 1 to 5 years. Use our loan calculator to estimate your repayment. 
  2. Pay-Per-Use – Similar to holding a credit line (i.e. loan limit) that will be valid for a year, you only start repaying when you draw down from the loan limit, where you can select between 1 to 6 months’ tenure for repayment. Use our loan calculator to estimate your repayment.

 

Repayments are typically deducted on the due date by 11:30pm SGT. Please fund your account in advance. If dedcution fails due to insufficient funds, your instalment may be overdue and charges/interest may apply.

 

We currently only accept loan repayments via your ANEXT Business Account. Your approved loan will be disbursed into the free ANEXT Business Account. Thereafter, your loan repayments will be automatically deducted on each Payment Due Date set out in the Repayment Schedule found via Online Banking. Please ensure that there are sufficient funds in your ANEXT Business Account to avoid incurring overdue charges.

The Keyman is an individual making executive decisions on behalf of the business. Generally he/she could be the business owner, a partner or a major shareholder of the company. You can select the Keyman from the list of business stakeholder(s) extracted from your company’s Corppass during the loan application process.

 

By default, the Keyman will be the Personal Guarantor for the loan. However, you can choose to add other Personal Guarantors as long as the individual is above 21 years old. Please note that we require at least one Personal Guarantor to be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR.

A one-time facility fee of up to 2% of the amount borrowed or S$200 (whichever is the higher amount) will be charged for each successful acceptance of the ANEXT Business Loan.

 

For the ‘Pay Monthly’ repayment option, the facility fee will be deducted from the loan amount before disbursement.

 

For the ‘Pay-Per-Use’ repayment option, you’re required to fund your ANEXT Business Account within 30 days from the date of the Loan Acceptance Letter before you can make a drawdown.

 

All loan-related fees including repayment of your loan and the facility fee are not subjected to GST unless stated otherwise.

Once your loan has been approved and disbursed, you’ll receive an email with instructions to access your loan details. If it’s your first time logging in, you’ll be prompted to do a one-time reset of your password. Thereafter you can log in to Online Banking or the Mobile Banking app, navigate to the Loans section and view your loan amount/limit and repayment schedule.

 

For security, ANEXT will never ask you to share your password or OTP.

No, a business can only apply and maintain one ANEXT Business Loan at the moment.

Singapore-incorporated business entities (excluding sole proprietorships) can apply, subject to ANEXT’s credit assessment and approval. You should:

 

– Own private residential, commercial, or industrial properties, and

– Have an existing or fully paid business property loan from another bank or financial institution

You can enjoy a competitive fixed interest rate (depending on credit assessment), interest-only repayment options where applicable, and fast approval.

You can get financing worth up to 80% of your property value (LTV), subject to ANEXT’s valuation, credit assessment and approval.
